My Sunday morning experiment was to brew Ginger Sage tea:
Recipe from Herbal Academy of New England:
Ingredients:
Simmer ginger for 15 minutes and add Sage -cover and steep for 15 minutes.
I used a coffee filter to strain the ginger and sage.
The result? The sage is a mild flavor, ginger is strong and I liked it unsweetened. When I added a bit of local honey the flavor was perfect.
