1 Teaspoon of Ashwagandha for each cup of water
1 Tablespoon Lemon Balm for the whole batch
A pinch of mint for flavor and a pinch of organic sugar
This tea is definitely a sipping tea – it has a great flavor, but I may have made it too strong by using both herbs.
Next time, I will try just the Ashwagandha to see if I like it plain 🙂
I chose Ashwagandha and Lemon Balm because they both work to lower stress levels and promote general good health.
