Meg! We used our gift certificate for Territorial Seed to order plants and they started arriving this week. They looked like little baby plants but have already started growing since I repotted them and put them in a sunny window. Bay Laurel, Turmeric, and Rosemary.

The second from the left is an olive tree that I pruned back and has all new growth on it. It needs to be repotted into a much bigger pot to grow into a tree. Amazingly, the Turmeric has already put out another leaf. It reminds me of how banana leaves unfurl. Very cool. In the mid-winter, I will have these tropical plants to take care of and grow. They are all edible as well as medicinal and I am very impressed with the quality of plants from Territorial Seed!

There are many more plants coming for the garden. I can’t wait to see how it all comes together. =)
