Top 10 Dinners: #4 – Homemade Pizza!

There isn’t much explanation needed. Pizza is good food – made even better with dough made from scratch.  My newest favorite recipe book is below – I use the recipe for regular loaf bread every week and the french bread/pizza dough recipe every week. So delicious.

We make our pizza with whatever leftovers and veggies we have.  This week was Cajun: leftover chicken (from Monday’s dinner), andouille sausage, onion and peppers. Nothing fancy, but with a fresh salad, it really is a perfect meal and not a lot of prep. The pizza dough was difficult for me, at first, but with practice has become much easier and part of our weekly routine.
